Apologies for the lateness. These were done by Tuesday, I just didn’t blog.
These are my coconut butter thins.
They were great. They were gobbled up at work.
While I was baking these, Rachel was baking treats for the puppy.

Also, after that, I made some pizza dough from scratch and we ate us some pizza.

Butter cookies AND homemade pizza. Yowza!! Sounds just right. Looks like our pup – Ratbark (yes it is a weird name, but The Hunk was only 10 when he named him). Cookies look just right.

If you need to replace your mixer at a price you can afford…as in free…you should look to see if there is a freecycle list in your area. http://www.freecycle.org
I have used my local list several times and have been lucky enough to get a mini fridge for my husbands office, a sewing machine, and a winter jacket. All of these items were well cared for and in great condition.
And as I mentioned…you can’t beat the price!
