Tuesdays With Dorie: Creamiest Lime Cream Meringue Pie

I’m a little disappointed; this is one of the only desserts that I’ve made where I was aesthetically pleased. AND IT WOULD NOT PHOTOGRAPH FOR JACK SQUAT. Oh well. It looks appetizing to the dog, at least.

Oh, and it tastes great. Rest in peace, delicious pie.
