Pretty straightforward, and the perfect thing to throw together after a holiday weekend – tart crusts and chocolate ganache. Delicious, too (even though Rachel says it tastes “like Hershey’s syrup in a graham cracker crust,” which has so many wrong things about it that I can’t even think straight).

Ha ha. Maybe you should give Rachel a graham cracker crust with Hershey’s syrup in it. Then let her have another bit or your tart. I bet she’ll taste the difference! LOL! Looks great!

There’s not one ugly thing about this tart – what gives? Looks phenomenal – and hopefully you thought it tasted the same (I did). Hershey’s??? Not quite! Looks great!
