Tuesdays With Dorie RESURRECTION – Hidden Berry Cream Cheese Torte

This was a scrumptious, dense, rich dessert – very much a cheesecake, even though we call it a torte for some reason. The berries are raspberries, and the whole thing came out perfectly. The work unit tore the thing apart.
