Recipe: Mike Spoodles’ Super-Healthy Apple Crisp
Here is a recipe that I developed based upon a few recent experiments in the kitchen. The result is a cheap, easy, healthy, fast, and filling dessert.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 Cup Wheaties
3 Tbsp. milk
